1- Highland Brewing
This family-friendly brewery is known for its amazing outdoor space. With a shaded sand pit, a kid's play area, picnic tables, renovated disc golf courses and ample space to move around. You can also find sand volleyball courts and trails for visitors to enjoy. 2- Whistle Hop Brewing
Located in Fairview, another favorite for our family is Whistle Hop Brewing. With mini golf, picnic tables, a giant slide, soccer nets and disc golf, this Brewery provides endless entertainment for children and parents alike. Spaced out picnic tables to relax and enjoy the gorgeous mountain views. They also offer wine, cider, craft soda and they have a grid selection of snacks!

Another Fairview brewery great for kids, it has a creek ( Cane Creek) in the back and is shallow and clean. Also they have fire pits and ample space to throw a Frisbee. The beer selection is one of my favorite.

4- New Belgium
Although there is no designated play area, New Belgium has a large front space where many families picnic and kids play ball, run, or do activities of their own. The location near the RAD and the great beer selection put it in our top list.

5- Sierra Nevada
Sierra Nevada is a large brewery located in Hendersonville, NC ( 30 minutes from Asheville, near the airport). This brewery has a cool sandbox play area right next to garden. The sandbox has some dump trucks, sand tables and other cool toys there.
The outdoor is large so you can also bring a blanket to picnic or chairs to sit in the lawn and let the kids run.
