I had the pleasure and honor to photograph a beautiful family, Trey and Franchise, at the beautiful japanese garden called the garden of the Phoenix in a lagoon behind the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. Before the session, I had no idea this place even existed. The gardens are beautiful but there is no easy way in to the garden. You have to park a bit far and as you enter the park you hike a bit until you find them. The gardens are in a lagoon so you must enter a bridge to get there. The park is free and there are no permits required! The place is very small yet picturesque. take a look at the photos!
